New Babylon
This city, New Babylon, is built on the largest heart of the old gods. Its nine-layer ring structure is like Dante's Hell. The lower you go, the closer you get to the boiling magic core, and the more dangerous, poorer, and crazier you get. The nobles on the upper three floors use "Holy Light Fiber" to weave their gorgeous clothes, while the poor on the lower six floors use "residue magic" to survive. The Skyline Train is the only means of transportation through the nine levels of hell.
